A supplementary product for the Esports spectator experience.

For context, Live Fantasy was a supplementary Esports spectator product created by my previous company, Tokigames.
I was in charge of balancing and polishing the experience and worked with the other UI/UX designers to craft the most intuitive way to interact with the game’s interface.
Tokipot.
Besides the Live Fantasy product itself, I worked on the other aspects of the website (‘Tokipot') that housed the product. I worked on the flow of the website, from the social pages (account creation), to the navigation, to what information is presented on the user’s profile page. I was involved in the creation of the website from day 1 to when it was made public.
In addition to my responsibilities as a UX designer/research and development of the Live Fantasy product, I had to manage the product for a few months as a product owner. Project management in this case included understanding the business ideas of the product, then translating that into instructions for the engineers and designers to ensure a consistent flow of accurate information. As the product had its different versions rolled out, I would stress test the product to make sure that everything was in order and if anything was not, I would relay that to the development team until the bugs were fixed and changes were made.
